To request deletion of your Smart Van account and all associated data, please email support@smartvan.pk with
the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include your registered email address and phone number.

Your request will be processed within 90 days. The following data will be permanently deleted:
– Your profile and login credentials – Your child’s information (for parents)
– Your route and trip history – All complaint messages and media

Note: Anonymised usage data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and safety compliance purposes.
